Yesterday, we went to the supermarket and noticed that almost everybody bought one or two boxes of mangoes. Indeed, one of the reasons is that mangoes are a seasonal fruit on sale right now. This month or two is an excellent opportunity to get the best-tasting mangoes from the market. So, what is so good about mangoes?

Mangoes are often referred to as the king of fruits due to their sweet and delicious taste and numerous health benefits. These tropical fruits have been enjoyed for thousands of years in many parts of the world and are loved for their juicy texture and unique flavour.

First and foremost, mangoes are a rich source of vitamins and minerals essential for maintaining good health. They are loaded with vitamins C, A, and potassium, which are necessary to support a healthy immune system, promote good vision, and regulate blood pressure.
